advertised openings! Initial screening of résumés and cover letters is now left to computers.

How Our Services Work
Our quotes reflect the types of documents (e.g.,
résumés, cover letters, portfolios, executive
profiles, bios, thank-you letters, resignation letters,
and so forth) you will need, not a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all
package. Not everyone needs the same types of documents.
After carefully assessing what you need, we start with a comprehensive questionnaire targeted
to what you're seeking, so we can gather background information on your past and current employment,
your achievements, and your skills. We also include a behavioral assessment to understand you better
so we can write your documents in your voice. Then, we conduct an in-depth telephone interview of up
to 1.5 hours, gathering more details about your achievements and career goals, listening for how you
communicate, and assessing your strengths and weaknesses. Armed with this information, we formulate a
strategy and design your personal branding materials that reflect you and sell you to best advantage.
Our rates also include writing, original format design, and any revision time to finalize your documents.
